since when is the person administering the drugs not responsible for reading the damn label first! it's the doctor's fault, which makes it the hospital's fault, not the company who produced it. yes, maybe it should be re-packaged, but the idiot who didn't read the babies charts and then verify the drug is the one who should be sued! in fact, that person needs to be fired, then sued if they're looking to take someone to court. why is this even going to court anyway? the babies are going to be fine, no permanent harm was done, i don't feel they should even be considering this lawsuit. our society is way too sue-happy as it is.

If the hospital was aware of this packaging problem, why wouldn't they have been especially observant in dealing with the meds - so why wouldn't they also be responsible?
