REUTERS/Steve MarcusWoth their attorneys present, Spears and Federline signed "a global settlement on all issues of their marriage," said Michael Sands, a spokesman for Federline's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, reports the APExact terms of the settlement concerning child custody and financial matters will be confidential.Spears' attorney, Laura Wasser, declined to comment to the AP.Spears wrapped up her one-month stay at Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility after a public breakdown.The AP reports Spears cited irreconcilable differences when she filed for divorce on Nov. 7th. She sought custody of the children, with visitation rights for Federline.
