If this were true about Posh, which I doubt it is, then I would feel the same way Katie does. Insulted. How are you expected to feel when someone disrespects your CHOSEN beliefs that way?

Arrogantly maligning the religious beliefs of another with insults and hate speech like 'cult', 'brainwashed', 'nonsense', cause others to turn a deaf ear and dehumanize an entire section of society. It's a dirty, rotten trick.

Tell me why such bigots deserve friends or support when all they spread is lies and hatred about the religious beliefs of others?

That's a good little cult shill Hailey. There must be some OSA script that y'all follow when writing those outraged-yet-sincere-and-dignified responses to people's horrid intolerance of 'misunderstood' . If you're going to be a big, grown-up religion, you'll have to grow a thick skin like Catholicism and Judaism. They just laugh and ignore the fleas biting at them . . . oh right, they have billions of adherents and you guys have, what, a few hundred thousand card-carrying members. Maybe you're counting the body Thetans™©® as individual members, in that case . . . oh right, there's no such thing as body Thetans™®©.

Run away Posh and Becks! Run away!

L Ron Hubbard invented Scientology as a way to get rich, not pay taxes, and make huuuuge profits off science fiction novels.

Ever research that 'religion'? Look it up sometime, that anyone can buy (pun intended) into that nonsense is laughable.

Call me a bigot, I don't care. Having an invisible friend (God) is one thing, paying millions of dollars to learn that the universe is run by interdimentional alien spirits on the other hand...

You see! It can 'give you the tools' or other peoples who 'have the tools' can 'use the tools' on you! Just like John Travola helped Lisa Marie Pressly re-evaluate her 'evaluation' of her 'ambient drug usage'. Drugs are bad, thats why Tom Cruise takes flinstones vitamans. It's 'ok' to do 'drugs' if parts of your body are 'hurt' but you can't take drugs for problems like 'depression' and other things in 'the mind'. Just like 'silent birth' because if doctors and nurses 'scream' when a baby is born the negtive energy will ruin it for life! L. Ron's knows about that first hand! His mummy was loud and he turned into a kool sci-fi writer! Victoria Beckham hasn't tasted the fruit of 'tools' that 'people use' the same 'tools' that L. Ron created..... I guess L. Ron created them because he could never be 'BIG' like Aurther C. Clarke.... or Gene Roddenberry those dudes made money off of sci-fi without creating a 'cult'....

It's fascinating that some people think they are the authority on what does or doesn't constitute 'proper' religion. Any religious system is entirely empowered by belief, and no authority can dictate what another person may or may not believe. It either makes sense to you or it doesn't. As a Scientologist I use Scientology to better conditions in life for myself and others every day. My friends who are Scientologists are sincere, and I know not a one of them that isn't trying to improve life for other people. That you disagree with our beleifs doesn't make spreading of lies and hate-inspired name calling any less evil or inhumane. I'm sure you wouldn't want the same thing done to you or the beliefs that you hold dear.

I know that I can walk into any religion and have the freedom to walk right out. No 'handlers', no one threatening my life, deceiving me out of my entire life's savings for the 'greater good', no thetan boot camp/solitary confinement, no one to manipulate me by applying guilt just so that I relenquish my money, my time, and my freedom to simply walk out. NO. I have respect for all religions who have respect for me to decide what is best for me. Google theunfunnytruth if you want the truth about . http://theunfunnytruth.ytmnd.com/

artoo45 and yeah, I agree with you. You are 100 percent correct! For those people who are curious about why Scientology is a cult, I encourage you to go check out their official website, then, after you've taken their 'free personality test' which will very likely show that you have 'deep emotional problems' and such, go to xenu.net and get a second opinion. You make the decision. I know I did.

Scientology was founded by science-fiction writer L. Ron Hubbard, who once wrote: 'Writing for a penny a word is ridiculous. If a man really wants to make a million dollars, the best way would be to start his own religion.'

If you can't afford intensive professional ministerial services, then there is our Free Scientology Center, where counseling is provided for free. You can also attend Sunday Services for free, as well as free seminars on topics of interest. The volunteer ministers also counsel those in need for free. There are many groups within our Churches that provide community service for free, like toy drives and clothing for the less fortunate, blood drives for local hospitals, tutoring for children falling behind in school, ad infinitum. Just ask about it when you walk in. My donations go to support these things.

However, contrary to popular belief, I feel that those that work hard making their way in life and contributing to society, deserve priority support and if someone makes a donation of their hard earned cash when they've spent weeks or years working their fingers to the bone, they deserve to receive intensive professional ministerial services or training courses when they require it. Afterall, society is built on the backs of such people.

What I spend my money on is important to me. I am proud of what my donations have gone toward. Scientology Churches are built through the energy of the members alone, and we are putting many new Churches up every year making Scientology available in places it previously wasn't accessible, and bringing spirituality and relief to people of all walks of life. I consider THAT a worthy cause.
