Caruso © Chris Hatcher / PhotorazziPeople magazine reports that the couple married in May 1996 and split in June 2004. Irish-Italian American Caruso had a long run of tv work in the 80's in "Hill Street Blues," then in the 90's in "N.Y.P.D. Blue" as Detective John Kelly. He had a long tv hiatus in between that hit series and CSI.The magazine reports the divvying of the couples' assets will be that Margaret will receive $2.7 million, as well as a portion of the actor's residuals from CSI. New York native Caruso, 51, gets to keep his Florida and California homes, as well as a Mercedes-Benz and a Bentley, while Margaret will keep a 2004 Range Rover, furniture and other items, with her name restored to Margaret Elizabeth Buckley.

Wow, I feel bad for David. He deserves better, I bet she just wanted his money anyway. Plus I love csi:miami! Well its just not fair to him. ta ta for now 0_0

I want to meet him. He is a great actor and CSI Miami is my favourite series.

I think they broke up because he wanted children and she didn't. There was an interview where he talked about the possiblity of children and seemed very excited about the idea. She did not say anything and didn't appear enthusiastic.
